2mm rim spacers are they safe??

i want to put 2mm spacers on my back rims to make them look flush like the front rims. the spacers create a gap between the hub and my rim is this safe?? will this cause any vibration at high speeds?

With proper hubcentric spacers you should be fine.

Try www.wheelspacer.com or a set from H&R.

Are you sure its worth it for 2mm? Or are you referring to a larger size?

I have the H&R 5mm spacers in front for brake caliper clearance. They are hub-centric and won't screw up tire balance, etc. I tried some pep boy universal ones....LOL! They were on for about 5 minutes before I tossed em.

The pep-boy ones are total garbage. They aren't hub centric, meaning they don't mount on the hub ring in the center to maintain overall balance. Furthermore, they don't even line up with the lugs bolts on the hub. They just have large cut-outs that could fit any possible combination 5x114.3 or 5xwhatever. Therefore, the only way to really balance them is to eyeball while tightening the wheel on the car...of course, 1mm off and it feels like you lost your wheel weights on the rim (vibration)

Total garbage. The H&R ones slide on the hub with a precise fit. No wobble, etc.
