Since the nitrous not forcing air into the combustion chamber above atmospheric pressure, is it safe to say "NOS is not a form of force induction". The nitrous has a chemical reaction in the combustion chamber when the pressure/heat rises as the piston reaches TBC which releases more oxygen causing a bigger bang. So knowing this, does NOS have a different impact on the engine internals compared to SC and TC?

I just call them all "power adders". That seems to be safe

In reality though, nitrous really isnt forced induction, as the induction is not forced! The induction process is the same as for an N/A car (short of the "intercooling effect). Its just what happens after the spark plug fires that changes things .
