Engine oil and oil filter swap that is....... . Sorry, just trying to lighten the mood here with all the 'swap tension'. I was telling my roommate about all the .org tension last night (he owns a 95 Sentra and knows how to put gas in it) and he just laughed and shook his head. It is kinda entertaining to step back and see how mad people get. Just for fun, read as written in the written tone, some of the comments and flames. Some people should be arrested for disorderly posting conduct.

I was just at the dealer fixing my fuse problems. Bastards charged me $80 to cut a wire.

you paid $8 to have them cut the wire, you paid $72 for them to know which one to cut...

I used something like that on a customer when I was doing computer consulting.

(short version) A "customer" had a problem he tried to fix for days. He called and I fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes. He balked at paying my 2 hour minimum (it's significant for on-site) and argued "you're charging THAT much for changing one setting?" I replied "you paid $25 for me to change the setting. The rest is for me knowing which setting to change."

Education and knowledge are highly under valued...
