what is the difference between a cat-back exhaust and a regular exhaust?
what is the concept of the cat-back? what is better about it?

'regular' exhaust doesn't mean anything unless you're referring to stock.....but even then it doesn't have any relation to the term 'cat-back'. This page shows a nice diagram that should help you out...

He's just telling you to use the search function. Many questions can be answered by using it....oftentimes posting is (thankfully) not necessary because of it.
