Uh Oh.. MPG dropping for no reason...

My 98 has 120k miles.. I've noticed that my MPG (all city) have gotten worse suddenly... car's been taken care of religiously of course..And the car doesnt pickup as well as before.. just slightly.. The engine's silk smooth as always, of course.

I know my car very well. Had it since brand new. I wonder what could be causing this..

Dirty air filter maybe?

My car used to PICK UP, and I mean PICK UP like a turbo beginning at 3000 RPM,, but thats not as strong as before too.. hmmm

no CEL lights either.

Well, if all else fails I think it could more than likely be the weather it has been close to 100 the past few days here and I've noticed about a 4 mile drop in my MPG. The power has really been affected also.
