I emailed them twice to get an RMA number for my y-pipe that I purchased a year and a half ago. I want them to fix the bees in a can because it's come to a point when I accelerate, all I hear is the annoying sound regardless of the header wrap around it. Are they just very busy or their computer is currently out of commision? Any know?

 

call him at the shop, a lot of times they're extremely busy. leave a msg on his machine

they get 100+ emails a day, and only have a little while each day to check their mail because they're out in the shop or buying materials etc etc.

best way to get in touch with them is to give them a call and leave a message. if they don't get back to you in a few days, call back.
