painted calipers
I just sold my 00 MR2 a couple days ago (because I needed the money or am just plain stupid) to a dealership and they deducted $800 from the price they offered me over the phone when they saw that the brake calipers were painted.
Maybe they were just trying to swindle me down on price, but I thought I would give a general warning to those of you who might go to trade in a car that has painted calipers.
