Wood Dash Kit: Diff between Flat and Molded kits?

I've run a search, but nothing seems to get into this sort of detail, so heres my question. What is the difference between a Flat Dash kit and a Molded Dash kit? I plan on buying a kit off of e-bay and the guy sell'n them says his kits are flat. His seller history seems clean enough, so Im really close to purchasing. What do you guys think? Heres the link:

Molded dash kits only apply to the '00 and up Maximas. They are basically shaped like a "cup" because of the way the 5th gen and lots of newer cars have these 3D looking dashes. They cover the edges and everything. But the 4th gen dash is just flat so only a flat dash kit is needed.
