Clearing the Tail Lights..

BEFORE YOU GET MAD BECAUSE I DIDNT USE THE SEARCH: I did use the search, and came up with people asking how to and then happy as hell when they are done.. that doesn't help.. I've searched the web, cardomain.com, and of course the max.org.. I havn't found anything with alot of helpful instruction.

I believe my 97se has one piece tail lights.. I already took them off and tried taking them apart. there was black tar stuff all over the damn place and I couldn't get that black housing off the back of them. I don't wanna break them, so if someone knows an address that shows pic's and gives instrucitons on doing this, please help!

www.maximadriver.com has instructions.

You should have seen that in the search. I used to have a webpage up with step -by - step instructions with a picture for each step, but I forgot to save everything when I cancelled the site.

You have to heat up the housing to get to the taillight. Either use a heat gun or a place the tailight in an oven.

look there too

Dude, stop post-whoring. I've just read 3 pointless posts in the last 5 minutes.

Great. Now I'm making pointless posts.

I hope I got the right clear plastic stuff. The one I got seems kinda thick but it is really flimsy! I guess we'll see..
