Obsession with my Max!

I'am Ossess with My MAX! Is it just me or what? I love the way my MAX looks...that sometime, I would let my girl drive it around the block and I would just sit back and look at it from the side...you guys know what I'am talking about right? Something like a runway model when she stroll down the runway! WOW! Sometime I would see a Max pull along side me and it's like your girl is there and you sneek a peek @ another chic and she gets mad...but It's like you can't resist taking a good look how her body style looks with those hot rims da## you're looking good girl!!!

If Anyone has a story drop some lines!!!

Yes, after I wash my car, I drop back 30 feet, have a smoke, and admire the beauty of my white max.

Hehe...if you were obsessed with it as a whole, you wouldn't let anyone else drive it

I always thought the max as more of a performer, not a looker. Getting all excited about the styling would be like getting worked up about a camry/accord to me. Now getting excited about that VQ revving with the choice of when to shift it...that I can vouch for.

Cars maybe only a part of our life, but my max(and cars in general) is an important part of my life that I can't do without.

Breakdown of my life:

God and religion and trying to have a relationship with God - 30%
Family,wife,gf,friends,relatives - 30%
Work and career - 20%
My max, cars, and other hobbies - 20%

So without my max, my life is only 80% fulfilling. lol.

I hope you don't spank the monkey while thinking about your Max!

I do the "turn back" thing after parking at work, just to admire my Max...

I'm not that bad , but I do love this new Max. I just got a white 2k2 GLE in April. This is without a doubt the best car I've ever owned. That includes a new 1987 300ZX, a new 1993 RX-7, an Acura Legend, (camry, millenia, explorer, 626, etc...). The sprorts cars were great, but this is better. You might want to find yourself a woman though .

Wow a ZX and a RX-7 and the you still think the Maxima is better.

I've never rode in a ZX or RX-7, but damn if I did I think that would be a tough decision of which is better, the ZX, RX-7, or Maxima.

friend had an rx-7 and he said it was one of the most problematic cars produced. there were so many recalls he actually had the dealer buy the car back. not much in a car when it's great only when it's working 'sometimes'

....and i thought i was the only one

besides the fact that i wash it once every 2days and always vaccum it to keep it spotless. I would say im not that obsessed, just keeping my pride n' joy clean. Now when i was goin out with my X i had spent no time in the max, except for the back seat at night

I too am guilty of the "turn back"...sometimes twice

Also - I can't help but watch my car in the windows of stores as I'm passing by. My wheels look so good

My girlfriend always jokes that I love the max more than I do her... sometimes..... j/k

I agree with you on these two things:

I look at my Max 1-3 times as I walk away from it.

I can also easily relate to you on looking my wheels spinning on the windows of stores in a downtown area. That's always fun.

I remember I had a g/f a few years ago...she came over after work every weekend, and during that same hour of every weekend, she saw me washing/waxing my car. I remember she even mentioned I treat the car better than her. Eh, the relationship ended for other reasons and now I'm even more of a car care freak with my 5-speed.

Hey! The MAXIMA'S are just cars...but they take us where we want to go...and they do not complain about how many time we ride them ok! get it? The ladies will come and go...but my MAX will always be faithful to the end...when I rev her!

haha, you would think so. But since buying this car I have no money for any mods of any sort. I'm lucky to be able to afford to put gas into it. And then whenever I wash it the next day someone decides they need to water it with their lawn. Dont get me wrong I do love my car... but I have no money to obsess.
