I had a 93 Maxima GXE, it died on us, only 73,000 miles!!!
i have a 99 Maxima SE-L, 95 Toyota Avalon, 95 Toyota Corolla, and a 2000 Honda Accord SE...my uncle just sold his 98 Isuzu Rodeo LS and bought a 2000 Maxima SE....yea were r maxima fans and im hopin/plannin to buy the newly redesigned 2003 Maxima...i can't wait till that comes out...so what other cars do u guys own???

Volvo 850 Turbo.

This is the ultimate sleeper.

It is conservative, comfortable, safe, yet extremely fast for it's nature. I even street race sometimes with it. In fact in the last two weeks I have killed:

Turbo supra stick MKIII
97? Thunderbird V8
Some loud *** vw bug with the hugest pipes I have seen(come on now he instigated it).

You chip and exhaust this thing and you do 14.2 sec 1/4 miles.

 

ha, i don't mean to be an *** but my other car is an 87 dodge colt that still runs and has had no major problems! my parents bought it new in april of 86 and i inherited it when i got my license in 96. i love that car! but in all seriousness my other car was a 97 dodge avenger. it was great while it lasted but then again i wouldn't have my max if it didn't die. no new car in my immediate future, but i'm trying to convince my parents to wait for the new Z to replace their 93 cheerokee (my old man is at that age where he might take me seriously!)wish me luck!

2000 Grand Caravan. Not that fast but it can haul a lot of crap and people. Gets pretty good mileage 22-25 and is really comfortable. It's our "family car". Just sold my 99 SE-L 5 speed to buy it.

 

I have an Accord that I will sell as soon as the wifes car (99 Dodge Stratus ESv6) is paid off in about 5 months.

Then I'll finally get my 3rd gen.

 

we also have a 96 850 Turbo (black) no mods or anything, but shes a nice car. A while ago the 850 turbo and the max lined up and it was tie, we were perfictly parrallel up to 100 when we stoped. The volvo is a auto.

I'd like to dyno it to see if it still has the 62hp originally advertised. I wonder if it would even turn the drum? I think the drum ways more than the car does! Now I'm working on brakes and suspension. Anyone ever try to get a 34 mm crown nut off the rear axle of a 30 year old VW? The factory specs say 217lbft of torque. Sheesh!)

Currently me and my wife own a 96 Integra, 90 Integra and 99 Maxima.

 

We had a 88 Mazda 929, a 1995 Mitsubishi Montero SR, an Isuzu Rodeo, still have a 1990 SE which was bought brand new in 1990 and now the 2000 Max SE... The sweetest of them all...
im trying to convince my dad into a BMW Z3... he loves the car... but he said its not enough room for him if he has to take people... he wants the new LS430.. i told him that if he ever needs to take more than 2 people i would let him drive my max and ill take the Z3 for those few miserable hours that i will be without my max... hehe i really think he is gonna buy it...

My other car is a 90 Corolla 5-spd.
It's a lot of fun to drive because of
the 5 speed and the car is light. This
engine loves to rev. The handling is actually
pretty good. I'm keeping it till it dies,
but doesn't look like it's going to happen
anytime soon. It has 171,000 miles and still
feels solid.

 

Besides my '93 SE I also have a '95 2-door GMC Yukon SLT trim package and 4wd. I have the 4X4 model not the Z71. The 4X4 is much tougher and rugged with armored brake lines and gasoline tank skid plates etc. But it still has leather, CD, etc.

 

i 96 modded altima, with a 3000 watt system.

Before my Max I drove a 91 Chevy Cavalier Station Wagon...very fast car, also has a V6 3.0.

 

I have a 92 corolla which I am keeping as my commuter and snowmobile. Mine also has a 5 speed and is an unbelievably reliable car with pretty good pep. Loves to rev and still chirps the tires in 2nd gear and has 185k miles on it and going strong. I hit triple digit mph on a fairly regular basis, just to make sure she's still there. Cost < $10k brand new in 92. Oh, yeah. I change the oil every 10k (ten k-no typo) miles whether it needs it or not

 

I've got a bare bone stock 91 Honda CRX, my Maxima, and a 95 Chevy S10 Blazer (my girl drives it...my girl hates it) She wants to get rid of it and she wants my car. I told her to get a third generation so I can drive a third and fourth.

The max is actually my mom's, but I have a Kawasaki Ninja (sig). Talk about the ultimate performance machines: 0-60 in 3.75 and 1/4 mile in 13@100mph for under $6,000 Canadian (and it's only a 500!). Raced a Ferrari 360 Modeno and walked all over him, that was fun.

We also have a 1990 Subaru Legacy 5-spd station wagon with 200K km and still going strong. It has a cool sound system that's worth more than the car (long story) including pioneer head unit, alpine 5-channel amp, boston acoustics speakers and two 10" PPI subs.

My Dad just sold his '91 Toyota Pickup 4x4 5-speed not too long ago with only 80k!! He didn't buy another car because he has a state car and mine if he needs it. Once my mom's is paid off, she wants to sell it and get an SUV.

i have a 2000maxima gle auto, and a 2000 windstar, before the max i have a nasty 97 grand jeep cherokee limited with all the options, white with gold step bars, and front guard bar, itw as soo sweet! but sold it for the maxima, sad in loss of jeep, yet happy in gettint he maxima, i cant wait to supe it up!

 

Let's see, theres the 97 Max GXE, and the Viper and ZR1. Oh wait, those are models... damn wishful thinking.

My roommates have - 00 Accord V6 Coupe (sweet car), 96 Explorer V8, and a PT Cruiser.

Family - brother has a 99 Taurus Sport with the DOHC V6, mother has a 98 Volvo S70.
