Fuel Pump ground resistor

I know turbomax95 took the resitor off the fuel pump ground wire. Since his car was Cali spec. it had this resistor to limit fuel supply.

I have a 2001 (all of which are Cali spec.) does anyone know if these resistors are on 5th gen. fuel pump ground wires, and exactly where one would look to find it?

I have the Walbro pump and S/C... I haven't removed the resistor and it hasn't posed to be any problems so far. It is only used to lower fuel output at idle (after engine is warm) and "nonpower" situations.
