The fuse is going to be in the little box under the stearing wheel behind the panel. Just remove the panel. I have a 2000 so I am not sure which fuse is for the Cruise. Just look on the inside of the panel and you will see a diagram. Find the Cruise and pull the fuse out. Look at it from the side when you get it out and you should see a metal peice going from side to side with a little curve in it. If the peice is broken, the fuse is blown and you need to replace it.

if you felt cruise engage, but the light didnt come on, then its the bulb

if neither happened, its most likely the fuse

did you make sure the little switch was pushed on? i know thats a pain sometimes. the only other thing i can think of is i know that the ECU has a vehicle speed sensor or somethin like but i dunno....im just guessin

open the hoos and look by the throttle body and follow the wire (there are 2). the one the goes through the firewall to gas pedal and the other should go to a box (that's the cruise). maybe it got knocked off.

something else to check

You could just leave it be and enjoy the fact that you don't have a green light on your dash to annoy you when cruise is on (especially at night). When you find out what it is, let me know so I can disable my light. Honestly though, if you want it to work, I'd check the bulb like someone else posted. Without taking mine apart, I'm not sure how to do that. I'll check on mine tomorrow if I can get around to it. Let us know if you figure it out before then.
