Well guys, I got them installed. Everything went smoothly. The seats are super supportive and comfy. They make the car feel very high class and handling "feels" better because your butt and back stays planted in the seat. You sit in these things...not on top of them. Pics will be on my site tommorrow night along with a pic of my fabricated extension pipe for the Courtesy B-pipe.

So can you see over the steering wheel? I'd think they'd be lower than the stock seats...

Height is fine

The seats sit about 1/2" lower than the stockers. The Prelude seats still sit and mount on the front "hump". I had the rear mounts raised about 2" so the seat sat more level. They are the perfect height and now I can finally get comfortable in my Max.

No major fabrication involved..

The shop cut two 2" X 3" X 1/8" pieces of steel and welded them to the front mountig points of the Prelude seat. They then drilled holes in these newly welded pieces that correspond to the stock mounting point on the car. For the rears they welded on a 2" X 2" X 2" hollow steel tube. From there they drilled holes and mounted the seats into the stock locations. It took them an hour for or so to do this. When you lay the Prelude seats in the spot where the seats are to go in the Max, you'll notice how close the Prelude mounting points are to Max's mounting points. The only issue is that the rear mounting location had to be raised to level out the seat (ie the 2"X2"X2" hollow tubing). Pics of these raised rear points will be on my site.
