- 'Maxed Out' window sticker.
- Sticker on the front, right door
- Hude windshield banner
- Cheesey (sorry, it slipped out) chrome front license plaque thing
- Some kind of emblym on your hood?
- Thing hanging from mirror
- Fire exstinguisher. Why?
- Pillar gauge. Why?
- Huge rear windshield sticker
- Too many trunk emblyms including an uncalled for "GTR" emblym. Why?!!
- Some kind of light on the rear quarter panel.

Stuff like that. It's a nice car, you just have too much "stuff". I prefer the clean look. No advertising, no chrome, no trinkets.

Don't take offense to what I said William. People make fun of my big spoiler and my wood kit, etc. all the time so I know what it's like. We all have our own opinions. That's what makes us unique! I just wanted to answer your question because you asked it twice.
yeah william..what he is saying is kind of true....you have a lot of little things EVERYWHERE...its to tacky looking...but i need to stop....we'll meet at nopi nationals....let's park next to each other at the show...

Mike, if you make fun of my spoiler one more time, I'll take my big, ugly spoiler off, fly out there and bonk you on the head with it. :P

How about trying different springs? I haven't heard too many good things about Progressive springs. Why not try something like H&Rs or B&Gs? Not much stiffer than stock SE suspension.

Hey William,

I have an H&R/Tokico combo for sale... I think the key thing you missed was that you dropped the car on 15's which hey is what you wanted... but you claimed you were scraping all over the place, if you were to lower the car with H&R's or something (progress are a little more of a drop than H&R) with your current 17" wheel setup I think your scraping issue will go away, and you will find that the car has a much more refined look, you will get everyone here to shut up (not that you should mod for other people's tastes anyway)and you also gain some upgraded handling, especially if you do Supercharge in the future, you will want to be able to throw the car into a turn with some confidence.

My nickel's worth,
Del

Del, what does having 15"s or 17"s have to do at all with scraping or not scraping? There is no relation.

William, I too used to scrape when I had my Intrax. Hard ride and scraping. Great look, great handling - terrible ride and scraping. I went to H&R/Tokico like Del mentioned and OMG! It is awesome. I hate the 3-finger wheel gap but the ride, handling and non-scraping is priceless. You might want to try that. Good luck.

I am guessing that the overall diameter of the tire is different, e.g. If I put stock 16" SE wheels on my car it sits lower than my car does on the 18's... there is a difference in diameter, no matter how miniscule it may appear to be on paper, it does indeed make all the difference in the world. Even if you use the "recommended" tire size, the diameter is still off, just off by the least amount possible.

Yeah, you're right. It's never the same 100%. But, if you do it right, it should be real close. Millimeters. For instance:

Stock 205-65-15 = outside diameter of ~20.25 in.
[15+(.65*205)/25.4]

235-45-17 = outside diameter of ~21.16 in.
[17+(.45*235)/25.4]

That's a difference of .91 in. in diameter. Divided by two is .46".

Yikes, that is a difference of half an inch in ride hide! I guess you are right Del. I didn't think it was that much.
