okay hands down whats the coolest power adder for a max

i dont mean what the most efficent or best bargain.

flat out you pull up to the strip and pop the hood on your max and everybody starts gawking at you like you got a r35.

a turbo set up like nigels ? his install pics could pass for a factory one off IMO. definetly cool. does his turbo spool up like the supras? you know the ssssssswoooosssshhh then pssssssshhhsssshhh! defitnetly cool.
uncle maxes ride would also be winner. you cant beat a chromed out turbo with a stick. beyacthes would love it. me too.

a loud as$ whinning v-1? you can hear them things from down the block - whrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. you would have the smarter people saying "dayum, he's got the stillen supercharger!".

a quieter v-2 would still garner some kudos.

or the .org special; Nitrous Oxide. double points for DPI i.e. sx7r, jaime & tony.
you cant sleep on a DPI motor and you really cant sleep on a VQw/DPI. DPI means $/and know how.

the tried and true 100-dry is always a winner. typical 100 shot max owner convo at the strip-

4banger w/altezzas: nos huh?
you: yeah
4banger: yeah im running nos too. 170 lb-ft to the wheels sucka, wanna run'em?
you: ahhh yeah i have 170 too.

all motor.

4banger: ahhh. i forgot, my bottles empty.
you: yeah right, mines too.

the 100-125 shot is always a crowd stunner. rarely do you find anyone that can safely do the 100-125 shot w/a stock motor. if they dont believe you just bust out the dyno sheets w/the 280lb ft(or more) at 3500rpms and all jaws will continue to touch the ground.

you can really hit a home with a stillen blower and a nos system combo. i know mardi, steve and bosco are running those type systems. once again-

4banger boy: what ya running under there?
you: oh s/c and nos.
4banger boy:

unfourtanatly(sp) the variable intake would only gather a nominal reaction from the crowd. id appricate it though.

so in the end whats gonna be the real crowd pleaser ?

Nos , blower or the turbo?

Turbo definately. Especially if it's all shiny like Uncle Max's car!

But I have to admit, IMAX2NV's nos setup looks super nice also.

I am SOOOO sick of people talking to me about the V1 like "Dude, your car is sick!" "You have a fan belt slipping"

It is funny as hell however when I'm driving through a parking garage and people plug their ears.

Anyway, I'll probably swap for a V2 someday, if i ever pay off the credit card.
