what the hell was all that crap about light???

and, I believe some of his info is wrong but I'll let other people more knowledgeable dispute it. My only question is, even if his allegations are true, doesn't oil testing prove the value of this kind of oil?

If an oil is tested at 25k miles and it's still performing like new, who gives a crap what it is!?!?

Just one thing: The site also sells their own kind of oil (it may seem from the homepage), so deduce your observations based on that

Synlube's an interesting product. I know of one person in particular who swears by it, I can't get him to have an independent analysis done though, which is something I'd really like to see. Did you read the warranty section? I laughed when I saw that, with all tose requirements, they might as well not have one at all.

I'll stick with Amsoil, it's hard to argue with 30 years of proven success.
