How wide are the rims? If they are a normal 18x8 you can fit 235/35 18 but with 35% side walls your ride quality will decrease.

My rims are 18x7 and I have 225/40 Nitto tires on them. Just to give you an idea. I have a question also, is 225 the widest I can go with 18x7? Can I go wider?

235/40/ZR18 for 18X8.

235/40/ZR18 would work on 18X7.5, but if you want to be safe. 225/40/ZR18.

Don't go wider if it's 7". You could get away with 235 on 7.5.

I have 235X40 on 18X8 inch rims. they work great in that size combination. It's not too far off the overall height of the rim and tire of my original 15's, so my speedomoter is pretty accurate.

Mines fit. The only problem is that the overall diameter is bigger than stock. So it throws off the speedometer...but it makes the odometer read that I traveled less miles
