Dosen't look lowered to me. It could also depend on what kind of springs you put on, if any.

BINGO!!! me, my bro, and a couple of buddies of mine did the H&R + AGX combo yesterday...everything went very well considering none of us ever lowered a car b4. first try was on teh front driverside, which took like 45minutes..we couldn't get the springs to sit right...than after that one...the others took less than 30mins..we got really good at it...until i stripped the lower bolt and nut on the last one we did which was the rear passenger side. i knew it couldn't have been that easy on my first time doing springs/shocks...i took it out for a spin today and it feels great..no noise or anythihng either..hopefully it stays quiet like that.
well anyway...i feel like it's stock..it's not low enough...maybe i have to wait a few more days?? i saw some new stock bmws today, and they look lowered..they come stock like that?? i want my car to look like that but my lip will be about only 2 inch off the ground..and i scrape my car all the time when i was at stock height

A-ha! Maybe the gap looks bigger since you're running 225/45/17?

Yes it is. And BTW the reason I knew that (and probably the reason Luke did) is because I cheated and looked on your website. In all seriousness though, it does look a little high. Give it a few more days to settle and if you still have that much gap then something is wrong.

Actually, for fourth gens with 7.5" wide wheels, I think the best fit is 234/45-17.

In that case, go with 215/50-17 next time around. It'll help you fill that gap ever so slightly.
