OT Cardomain.com

Is anyone having problems with cardomain.com by any chance? I registered with them 2 days ago, and they haven't replied back with my password information. I even sent them an e-mail from the site "contact us" link and still no response. Is there something you have to do in the registeration process before you can become a member there? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
