Might loose the max..

I got in this huge fight yesterday with my boss. It was my anual review and he said some things I really really didn't like. I've been with this company for a year longer than he has and he's only been here for 2 months and already he's telling me I'm doing my job wrong!!!!!! aaarrggg... anyway, I think I'll be able to pull through it. If I don't, It might be bye bye bye Max

I'm not sure if you're kidding or not, but if you're not kidding, you better look for another job. You'll be stuck in the same place or passed onto some other manager. Once you cross your boss you are damaged goods. Nobody, not him or your colleagues will be able to respect you from there on. That doesn't mean you can't dissent with others in the workplace, but one cannot argue with those higher in the food chain. Like T. said, "You don't have to love me, but you will respect me." If you learned a lesson then good, it will help you later on in life.
