I was driving west on Canal St. in NYC and some *&^*(%^ coming the opposite direction makes a left turn (I'm not sure if it was even legal). I was in a cranked up mood and did not slow down to let him go, but at the last minute it looked like there would be a crash. My car was making a screeching sound and oddly enough I instinctively mashed my foot to the floor and steered the car. It totally did what it's supposed to. It's weird how somehow the mind thinks ABS is gonna help the car stop shorter, which isn't true. Just lets you steer while you're braking, with less lockup.

man was it crowded on Mulberry St. today. lots of hotties though.
