Did you all send money orders to him? Hmm... there's actually a site (similar to paypal) where the buyer and seller send their mney/products and they hold it until both complete their end of the bargain. When the buyer notifies them that everything is ok, the seller is sent his money by the company...so noone gets ripped off. I forgot the name of the site, my friend was telling me about it yesterday. Maybe one of you guys know. I'll see if i can find out. Just trying to find a way for this not to happen again. I feel for all you guys that got scammed. This is a definate felony and if this guy was here he'd be locked up with his new roomate/boyfriend Bubba, and never be able to walk the same way again. Hopefully this guy is caught and castrated.
Oh, the site is Escrow.com by the way. It's a good way to buy online especially if the seller doesn't kave a reputation.

not a lawyer, but a law student. i looked into this originally when the whole deal went down with roadbeast and wished i kept up with it and definately wished i saved the pages before roadbeast came back to delete his post.

yes, if he has someone within the U.S. border faciliated his scheme, they are aiding a criminal and can be held liable, doesn't matter if this personal has legal U.S. citizenship or not. i'm not sure the method used by roadbeast to collect money; such as if it was shipped to his overseas address or to one here.

the problem, or key, would be to find this person and prove a link between him/her and Roadbeast. i can keep researching it, but most of the pages have been deleted and since i did't buy anything from roadbeast, i'm not "priveledge" to the information.

i'm not studying this type of law so i can't tell you all more off the top of my head. sorry...

There are people here that have saved the information of all threads and IM's that they've had with Roadb*tch, so if you wanted to see that information, it would be a problem. Initially, he recieved money from a second party such as Paypal or Western Union. This is where we the buyers have messed up. I've learned that in order to protect yourself, you should never use Paypal or Western Union. All payments should be made directly to the seller so if things like this take place, the banks can use their resources to go after crooks like the one we're talking about now.

Nyce: I only wish I could get my hands on him. He's bold over the electronic lines and he probably never got his *** kicked real good before either. He says to Sprint that he blows up engines for fun. Well, there's people over there that blow up buses for fun too and it would probably do him some good to ride one of those buses.

Wow I had no idea about Supai 91. I guess since I don't get a chance to be on the forum as much I didn't know people suspected him to be Roadbeast.

Man Supai asked tons of questions on how I got my Haltech to work. He said he was going to install it sa well. I'm glad I didn't give any details. Man that sux.

His new name may be Roadbeef... If you look at how bad his English is, you can tell it's Supai; Roadbeef... I should warn people not to send him money either.
