Turn Signals

Hi, where can I purchase those kits which can control and adjust the rate of the turn signal flash. I want the adjustable ones, not the ones that change it to 6X, or 4X, etc....

Don't do it, looks like the front or rear blinker is out. Depending on where you're looking from.
