Hey Emax, great time.
I am planning to go to NED track soon too, my friend wants to run his new 350Z and I will run to just to see what I can do.
That 13.8 time should keep up with 350Z I think.
You said that you used stock 17" rims in front. Did they have Potenzas on them? How did you get them to launch, everytime I do a hard launch, I just get crazy wheel spin.
What rpms did you lunch at?
Thanks.

Wow!! That's very impressive. It's funny to think you're running as fast and quick as most of the stock LS1s at my track (I don't know if you could pull off 13.8s at my track though). You've definately got some serious topend there, buddy. I don't even think the VI 4th gens can come close to that.
Neal is getting 76-77mph 1/8s and 97-98mph because of his slicks. That's the truth. The slicks allow him to accelerate much harder in the first 100' compared to Ethan therefore Neal's trap will be lower because he has less time to build MPH. The inherent drag of slicks is also a factor on the far end of the track. I wouldn't be surprised if Neal could get 100-101mph traps on street tires along with a JWT ECU. I've got to admit though, you're 60 foots aren't great (2.2-2.4s) yet your still pulling 13.8-14.2s. With slicks, a 1.9 60', and similiar weather conditons, you'll be looking at 13.5s@101mph. I don't think Neal could even touch that with all the NA mods available for the Maxima.

Ahh, I just realised the run I had against the SHO with te 55 shot I idd even better.
He did a 14.38 to my 13.986!
And to clear it up I was on my stock potenzas.. And I did manage one 2.176 60', I had a bad 1-2 shift though so I only did a 13.986 on that run(gainst the sho). The potenzas seem pretty decent on the track although people love to bust them, I saw very few FWD cars getting 60's like me.
Whats the best 60 on 17 inch potenzas? Anyone know?

Your mph should be 100.96mph NOT 101.68mph. You can't pick and choose my friend.

not bad at all
Congratulations!
13.88 is nice under these conditions:
"I removed my seats and spare, droped about 80-90 lb's. I also pumped up my rear tires to 42 PSI and lowered my front tires to 22 PSI. I had 1/4 tank of Ultra 94" and as I understand a Y-pipe as well right?
What are the best times anyone ever did with street conditions? I mean normal tire pressure, all seats intact, hood on etc...
I mean if you were racing someone on a red light, the chances are you'll have an average of 1/2 tank of gas and your spare tire in the trunk right?
So what are the best times people ran with a Stock car (and for me stock is not the same as non-boosted)?

How about the seats? are they in the car usually or do you drive alone most of the times?
And then again, don't get me wrong 13.88 is still impressive

I did a 14.2 @ 99.5(2.38 60') MPH before on a warm day with everything in my car and stock tire pressure.
