i just got the budget ypipe yesterday.
today i did some spirited driving, and i hear an air spraying sound at WOT.
also, i hear a deeper noise coming from the exhaust at 1500 rpms. sounds like something is shaking or somehting.
just wondering if these are normal.

i have stock muffler and intake.

 

Sounds exactly like mine...except for the shaking. The WOT sound is sooo tight. I get an unintrusive deep rumble at 1500rpm while I cruise city streets going 40mph. Don't you just love the sound at idle coming from the stock exhaust What kind of intake do you have?

 

i have a jwt popcharger, so that hissing type noise is alright? sounds cool, just wanted to know if something is wrong, or if its a healthy sound.

also, im not sure if the exhaust is shaking, but sounds like it.
i guess i should get someone to go behind my car while i rev it a bit.

 

Mine was like that for a few weeks after I had it installed. I called them about it and they said come back in a month or two if I still hear it.

It stopped making the sound about a month later and it's been fine ever since

I've got front to rear header wrap on mine - absolutely no hissing or bees.

I GOT A REALY BAD BEEEEE SOUND AROUND 2 OR 3 GRAND RPM
AND THEN IT DIES OUT UNTIL I SHIFT THEN IT COMES RIGHT BACK. BUT THE POWER IS WORTH THE CRAPPY SOUND!(PS ITS A STILLEN DOWN PIPE)

 

I cant tell what it sounds like I have this loud noise from my engine bay that muffles the sound of the y pipe
