FAIR to Compare Cattman to Budget????

Please be assure that I have used the search and have seemed to come up with an equal amount of mixed impressions.

I am actually aiming towards Y Pipes:

Is it truley fair to compare a 160.00 product to a 360.00 product or is a Y-pipe just like any other.

IS there really anything that sets one off from the other, or is it just the NAME? I mean I would rather pay a little money a do it right then end up paying more in the long run. Is Sound. Performance. a factor.

I understand at one point Budget had a problem with the "Bees in a Can" sound, but have since solved the problem. Same as Cattaman and the Bad Flex Section. So then if those are solved what else is there to look for?

Basicaly I just need the pros and cons of each one, 160.00 is a hell of a deal but I don't mind spending more money for a reasonable cause.

I am looking to gain a product that does not produce much, if no excess noise, yet yields the most power potentiol of the mod.

This will eventually be paired with an Apexi exhaust will y pipe sound change?

Thanks.

Best Regards.

I would get which ever one comes in stainless steel because that would be the last y-pipe you ever have to buy.

i ordered my budget a few days ago and did a bit of reseach before buying. what i found is that budget gives the same gains as the rest, has not flex-fitment issues, and has fixed thier "bees in a can" noise. not to mention in the last week i think ive seen 2 posts about rattling noises coming from warpspeed y-pipes. so to me budget was the obvious choice, costs $200 less, gives same gains, sounds the same, and comes with a stainless steel. its like this: you go to abercrombie and buy a pair of pants for $65, then you go to the gap or kohls and find a pair just as good on sale for $30. which is the better buy?

With the Apex, it will be loud when cruising around town (in low rpms), but on the hwy, its fairly quiet. Mind you that its louder inside the car than to others outside

I've seen some .org members have their newly "fixed" (as in... flex section problem allegedly solved) have the same failure in the new y-pipes given to them under warranty by Cattman. I'm not ******* anyone. I just wanted to make that clear. I don't know how long budget y-pipes have been available to us... but I haven't seen a SINGLE post concerning that particuliar (performance affecting) problem. Of course, this could be because not as many .org members have a Budget y-pipe yet... I guess we'll see. I plan on going with Budget after I get a few debts paid off.

it's pretty much impossible to contact Warpspeed.

Cattman and Stillen Y-pipes are really expensive

Budget's y-pipe is really cheap and they calim to yield some impressive gains.

Me personally....I'm going with Budget.
