Has anyone heard of or tried to wrap a muffler with header wrap to quiet down the interior resonance?

I talked to someone in FL who said he tried it and it worked! Is this guy sucking N2O??

Any comments?

I think I,ll give it a try because no matter what I do the interior is still too noisy at lower speeds. On the freeway it's fine!
