Sorry for the long post.

So I got a ticket like 3 months ago and would lose my license (under 21) but I got a lawyer and he tried to reset the court date until now to wait for me to turn 21. But I feel like the guy trying to rip me off.

First hearing, had to pay him $450 and though he could do something then but the guy go there and request a damn jury trial (trying to reset the date) and he told me he would try to reset again before the jury trial come up.

After a while he call me and said he couldn't reach anyone so he had to go to court in person, so he charge me another $300 (for everytime he appear), and now he just called and told that we will go to court next week (turn 21 this thurs.) and he will charge me another $300..

I asked him if do I realy need him to go with me to court , he said yeah, because I'm on the FTA (fail to appear) list, because the court got problems with there record so they didn't know that he appear in court for me on the jury trial, so they put in my FTA.

Anyone know if I really need him for my next hearing? please help guys i'm F rite now.

Yeah, you need a lawyer now. There is a warrant for your arrest due to the FTA.
