So what you guys are saying is...

Everyone who posted or asked me to pick up JWT Pop Charger intakes is no longer interested. Hmm...
That's odd, I could have sworn there were about thirty-forty requests for these earlier this month, now no one needs one?

Out of Curiosity...

How loud do one of these make the intake sound? As much as I want performance, with all my clients I have to drive around for work, I can't have the thing sounding like a mustang whenever I give it some gas. I don't mind a LITTLE growl, but I can't have any all out ROARS.

I honestly cannot answer that

Because I don't (yet) have one on my car. Mine is being put on next week. No lies.

Then the CAI is the answer for you. The Pop charger, since it's right there in front of yuo, it's pretty loud. The CAI is tucked in the fender, only when you really hammer it do you hear it. At 1/2 throttle... it's a nice growl... will impress your clients.

I have a POP charger on my car. At normal cruising round town, you will never know it's there. At anything over 3/4 throttle it growls and at wide open throttle it pretty much roars. I was like you, did not want a car that sounded like a Civic. I immediately took off and floored it after installing it and was disappointed with the noise, but when I drove it normally, it was fine. I hope this helps you out.

Does it have the adaptor for the intake piece too? I really don;t know what this piece is called but I know the cheap immitation intakes don't have them. Also, is the JWT intake filter the same size as the STillen? If we decide to buy, can we use credit cards?

Umm, in order

Yes, yes and I believe there is another yes.
The piece you are talking about is the stack (or velocity adapter or any other name you want to call it). Yes you can use credit cards, and yes, it is still available.

Not spam to me. Alan Greenspan is my friend....lowered interest rates today and my stock went up 40% in 3 hours. SOld my stock (we'll see if that was a good move) so now I have some $$$. I am interested and would like to know how to purchase the intake from you with my credit card. Also, does the thing have instructions. I am marginally handy but believe I can rule the world if I only had instructions... I will need it shipped so the cost should be $110.00 with tax, right?

The adapters on the JWT and Stillen intakes also act as a venturi stack. One reason why they're slightly more than generic filters, which are only adapters for the mass air flow sensor attachment. Another reason is that the adapters are not plastic like the generic ones.

You'll have to rig the intake air sensor on the JWT

The JWT doesn't provide a place to mount the air sensor so you have to either zip tie it outside the filter or drill a hole in the end of the filter (and probably extend the leads)to mount it correctly.

I just got one and will be returning it bc I don't want to drill (rig)a part that is supposedly??? made specifically for my car...details details...
