I'm 6'0", 190-ish. I love how much room the Maxima has, especially the 5th gen.

like i said earlier im 5'10 and 165.. Howd you guys put on your weight? I wanna be 180 of muscle. I'm pretty lean right now. My bodyfat freshmen and soph yr was like 23 percent! i was fat i guess. Then junior yr i got to 13 percent. And now im a freshmen in college and ive still been working out so im guessing im around 10percent. Maybe a bit lower or higher. So yah my question is.. How'd you guys put on that weight? I wanna be 180 of solid muscle. And I'd prefer not taking creatine (cheating in my eyes.. doesnt it do weird stuff to ur body like give u too much testosterone and i heard if u dont work it out ur ***** shrinks or some crap. not worth the risk i think)So yah how can i gain that 15 lbs of muscle? ne advice ?

I agree with Eric. I'm 6'3 215lb. I have no problems with room and the max feels comfortable but sometimes I wish I could bring the steering wheel closer without having to move the seat forward!

Creatine really just helps your muscles hold water. The only time it can hurt you is if you don't drink enough water. If you're on creatine you should be drinking about a gallon of water a day. The only thing i didn't like about creatine was the way i gained/lost weight. I played college football and we took 10 pills before and 10 pills after each workout. I definitely gained weight, but as soon as i quit taking i would lose the weight within a weeek. I eventually just quit taking it. It helps some people, it doesn't help others.

IF you wanna gain weight, eat 2 or 3 really large meals a day and work out like a mad man. Lotsa pasta, beef, etc. If you're really working out hard the fat you eat doesn't really harm you, unless you're getting about 75-100 grams a day. MY .02

5'2" 140s here too, feeling good!

Before I tore my rotator cuff 6 weeks ago I was benching 315 @ 151.5 lb.

Note that it took 3 years to gain this weight, but I stayed @ or below 7% Body Fat (dual-analysis method).
Damn, I thought I was strong back in senior yr. high school. I was a small guy too 5'5" @ ~150lbs but I had below 3% bodyfat. I was only benching 250 back then. U sure you weren't juicing?? Now 4 yrs later I'm living with my girlfriend and haven't touched weights in a little over 3 years. Now I'm down to 138lbs and get winded walking up a flight of stairs

I'm 6'3" and I have plenty of leg room in my car. I don't even have to put the seat all the way back. Yeah, the steering wheel sometimes hits my knees, but it works well when you need to steer with your knees.

HUH?

Creatine basically lets you hydrate yourself so that you can reach your potential. You cells use creatine when they are working so more creatine....work harder/longer. Small amounts of creatine are in found in red meat. It's not magic. What you need is FOOD. You can take steroids, but if you don't eat enough, you're NOT going to gain any weight. How much and what you eat depends on your body type.

5'9 I love my max...just when i corner i tend to slide too much, and I would love a telescoping wheel!!!!Would make me so much more comfortable. I think it is the leather seats that make me slide too much.

Creatine makes your retain water, and it basically gives you more energy (something to do with ATP's, I dont feel like thinking about it now). It does put more strain on your kidneys, and long term effects are unknown. It does work well, but I'm staying away from it now. If you do take it, celltech does work nicely, even though some people say its bs. Its tough to put on 15 lbs of muscle. Probably the easiest way will be to pig out for the winter, put on maybe 30 lbs while working out, and eat lean afterwards with more light workout and cardio. You can't really gain more than 1-2lbs of muscle a month naturally. If you dont have a proper diet and sleep, working out wont do much for you.

6'3 210-215. Both the 3rd gen and the 4th gen are just perfect for me. The 3rd gen wins because of hand brake being in the center, no sunroof, cloth seats, no clutch pedal but even considering all, I cant complain at all about the 98. I actually feel comfortable in a 93-2001 Altima and successfully drove an S2000 this past summer (Only after having to play with the seat).

Nah, no juice...just lots of work. I wrestled in college, so I was naturally left with dense muscle, which allowe d me a greater ability to move a load (per pound of body weight) than had I been a true weightlifter. Now that i have been weights-only for 3.5 years, my body is slowly switching over. It kinda sucks, though, because I have no "showy" muscles (like pecs that jump).
