I searched and searched but all I could find were bits and pieces as to what size wires everyone's using and where exactly all the ground points are. Maybe everyone who has done it can contribute to this thread and we can make a write-up/sticky? Post what materials you used and what lengthes they need to be as well as where the grounding points are!
