The ragtop looks good open, but when it's closed it looks like your Max is wearing a toupee. I liked your old headliner; to bad you had to cut it away

Thank you very much for your feedback. I just took another 2nd place trophy at an extremely large show in an extremely competitive fullsize car class, and am quite happy to have finished behind an awesome Caprice from AZ....car is finally done, and I can finally enjoy my piece of art....

I am done, all done....

But I still have the dash to wrap, supercharger to install, new stereo to put in..............

YOU KNOW YOU'RE A VQ DRIVER WHEN IT NEVER STOPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Read some of the feedback on that page. They're hilarious. It's like a fast and the furious convention let out and they all started posting comments.

Here's one (and I quote)

"posted by onesweetride 11/17/02, 1:06 pm
oh my god are you a special ed kid or something?!?! instead of wasting all your money on poinless tv sceens why dont you buy a nice car that doesnt look like my ***."

I thought it was kind of cool. Impractical as hell, but if he's got the money, it's his car.

I shouldn't have said the only....but it was the world's first ....I know cuz I sold the patent on the kit to a....umm..."respected" manufacturer out there .....But hey whatever, life goes on...
A few things about my max

The color is an original Icelandic Pearl...I had the entire car (other than the little that's left of the roof ) repainted, new front and rear OEM Nissan bumpers put on, as well as brand new headlamps and billet grill, so the entire car shines like its new...and the pics just can't do the pearl justice....Thank you all for your feedback...I just wanted everyone to see what I play with (switches, etc ) when I'm not working at the store......

DAMN! Somebody's always 1 step ahead of me. Gotta come up with somethin new. Shaved tunk... hot. Air ride... hot. Altezzas... WEAK. 3 tone interior... eh. What wheels were those on the old pics. Newer ones are definately flyer, but the old ones look more like what I had in mind. Also, has anyone ever just put in the rear air cylinders? I just wanna drop the a$$, and I know they do it on trucks. Either way I'll be callin you when i get the money together.

When Altezzas first came out, Hiper contacted me and asked me if I wanted to test fit a set. I have had that same set since then....So just cuz you don't like the tezzas, don't me I don't But honestly, I still don't see why people don't like them, and I never will, but either way, thank you all for your support. I wish you could see some things up close and personal, such as the interior, which really does look amazing in person, as well as the insane-o nine inches of lift my car gets...I am happy to have kept the Maxima, and I wanted to thank someone ON THIS BOARD, who told me I should never sell this car, as this car is what got me here

And I thank you for that comment, you know who you are
