OT Counter-Strike Maxima players

I have been playing CS for a couple years now, been in a couple clans, and wanted to see if anyone on the ORG might be interested in starting a Maxima-related clan. I have talked with others on this board who play CS and I think it would rock to have a *MaX* or -M4x- clan. Let me know what you think CS players!

I love counter stike man I've been playing for the longest time but for some reason its been bogging out on my computer do any of you have a downloadable file of the full game on your computer, my friend has my game and I wanna get back into it, I also need the new patch

Ok I read your thread, good info, and 7 pages of replies! Ok, well lets try to get this going guys!! Hopefully, if we get enough people, we can rent a server, I know we all have a few extra bucks a month for that

This would be so Kick A$$. I play at least a couple hours a day, usually late at night....so lets try this...

I've been playing since 2000, but quit like a month or 2 ago...just coldnt stand it anymore....maybe with enough inspiration i'd play again, but then again,

i *usta* be in a cal-i clan in my prime (which was a month or so before i quit)

i play cs and have played for 2 or 3 years. great game. i play on this server exclusively "216.237.145.134:27015".
if you live on the westcoats, you will ping great and there are no hackers. my handle is "Soul" and i have admin so dont be a *******!

i need to find my half-life cd...and anyone have any extra cd keys? i seemed to have misplaced mine....

I'm a league admin for a CS league, so I can *maybe* get us a free server setup from the company that sponsors us with our servers, but I'll have to look into that.

no just trying to include all...

SIRI, thx alot man....also, ill talk to the guy tonite/tomorrow and see what he can do...I usally ping kick @$$ to those servers...anything in the upper east coast/near chicago is guaranteed a ping under 40 (granted you have a decent ISP).

oooo, I play CS too. I'm in a clan called Elite Hunters, its on the proving grounds ladder right now (we play for fun, not ripping our hair out). I guess I could squeeze in playing with some fellow Max dudes.

I've never played CS but have heard about it. A similar thread popped up in the 5th Gen forum for UT2K3 (free demo www.unrealtournament.com) a few months back, it was nice for a while but it eventually died out. Everyone stopped playing, but here I am still hooked as hell! TimW, Matt C, Tanman, 97GLE.........You all went AWOL on me

My SN there is I_PITY_DA_FOOL! and I always play CTF-Istagib/LowGrav servers. I've gotten pretty good so if there are any UT2K3 players out there...let's rock.

I want in on CS. Do I have to buy the game or is there a free demo version like UT2K3?

Yeah I had to much school going on to play like I was. I may start playing again.

CTF is the best.

Ok, I see a lot of you guys are interested in playing, so we need to try to get something organized. Lets see if Jamsan can find out anything on getting a server and we can go from there. Anybody have any more ideas on how to get together/get the MaX clan started up?

maximagxe, are you on broadband? if so, i can hook ya up with the half-life iso, you can dl cs the mod, and maybe someone can get ya an extra cd key...if your on 56k,

tried CS, but hated it

Too slow and I don't like playing with others

HLDM is the best DeathMatch game that I've ever played. Spead, maps and weapon physics make it a much different style than CS. I enjoy owning a server just by myself instead of sharing it with a team.

If anybody else out there is a HLDM'r, look for me around as
