1 piece Cefiro headlights installed on my Max

on sunday we decided to do a lil custom project so we fitted some Cefiro 1 piece headlights onto my Max. At first fitment wasnt that great but after some work and modifying they fit prutty good. H4 bulbs now too! its sooo much brighter then 9004. only thing is its for right hand drive so the headlight aiming is way off. in my opinion doesnt look THAT much nicer..juss kinda cool to be all 1 piece.

have 2 pics up on my cardomain site.

Very cool. I thought they looked much better, but I went from a very foggy stock headlight. I was wondering why the headlights aiming was so way off. I did not think about them being for RT hand driving cars. H4's are nice Huh.
Did you not have to do any work to the hood or grill? How did you modify the headlight to fit. You may be the only Max with the cefiro's.

yea cardomain is down rite now i think

i think for looks its not as drastic cause i already have 97 headlights, from a 95-96 headlight to the Cefiro one would look pretty good. We did not modify the hood at all.
H4 is nice tho..heeh.

Does anyone thing they are going to make aftermaket headlights for our car anytime soon?

I really like the way that looks. Were any mods done to the grill to fit or for the most part did they just drop in?

hope you guys dont take this wrong, but whoever is interested, why dont you juss get a set and try it out? instead of sitting back and waiting for someone else to try it first or make a writeup. I didnt have no writeup, juss picked up a set and see wassup.

if you are looking for a job, do you sit back and wait for someone to offer sonmething to you or do you go out and job hunt yourself?

i mean this in a friendly respectful way...

I see your point. But the headlights are not cheap. Knowing if a $400 investment is going to work is just being smart. If I had the money I would be trying new mods all the time. I just can't afford to sink hundreds of dollars on a project that may or may not turn out.

$400+S/H for a set of OEM LHD Nissan Cefiro Headlights is not a bad investment.... TRUST me! Do your calculation.. how much is a set of OEM 97-99 Nissan Maxima headlights + Corner Lights?

For example, JDM WRX lights(non-HID) are around $700-900 a pair..That's why I say this is pretty good upgrade as long as these One Piece Nissan CEFIRO Headlights fits Maxima.. it's cool...

PS. Btw, I was there when he installed them....

Tell me something I don't know. I just bought a pair from you last week. They are my favorite apperance mod.

I would like to see some pics of the front end splitter besides the one on your car domain page. With my crappy monitor I can't really see how they look.

Another Option to upgrade your headlights

If ppl want to get better lighting.. but still wanted to keep them fit better... You have another choice.. you can buy just the Cefiro Headlight housing (NOT the one piece...) but the two piece...and only the headlight portion not the Onepiece headlight..Then install them with your Stock OEM Maxima Corner lights.

These comes with H-4 housing and bulbs as well as built-in city light sockets, bulbs, etc.

Another option to upgrade your headlights
