Is this guy on the org
i found this on jbl.com most of u have seen this before
The car was purchased new in 1999 as a daily driver. After undergoing some mild modifications, the car went under the knife for a complete makeover in the Spring of 2000. Dodge Viper GTS blue paint was sprayed over the Stillen-enhanced body. With a custom reverse-mount hood (like a Viper), the car is currently the most modified Maxima known.
For performance modifications, the car went to the leader in Nissan performance, Stillen, who added their supercharger kit and other accessories, including a Formula one braking system from AP Racing. The car produced 221 hp to the wheels. A Veilside carbon fiber wing and Bomex side mirrors from Japan round out the car’s exterior styling.
For the interior, Trimmasters provided a one-off blue carbon fiber dash kit and Stitchcraft provided the upholstery work. A $20,000 In car electronics system comprised of extensive Audio/video component was installed as a Clarion/JBL/Infinity joint venture with the latest offerings from each company finding their way into the car. The car’s three huge JBL W12Gti woofers weigh more than 20 lbs. each with a special support system needed. The car’s five JBL amplifiers produce more than 4000 watts and required two additional batteries to support the electrical load.
Other lighting and trim accessories were provided by Toucan/Ractive/Eurolite and can be found throughout the car. The engine compartment was dressed by Hose Techniques. Motegi Ro_Ja wheels were produced just for this car and custom suspension work was done by Ractive.
A nitrous system and custom roll-cage are in the works now.
This car is used in the making of the movie The Fast and The Furious due out June 22, 2001. The car was used by the character "Vince", played by Matt Schulze, a bad guy in the movie.
The car was used in a few action and chase sequences. The car’s performance mods were performed by Stillen in preparation for the movie. One sequence in the movie, a fight scene between "Brian" and "Vince" damaged the quarter panel and doors. The studio repaired and restored the car to perfection.
The car is slated to appear in a variety of magazines, none of which could be shot prior to delivery to Universal Pictures for its’ movie appearance. The car’s audio construction has taken the last two months and the car was completed only days before the Hollywood Premier of the movie.
The car is valued at $75,000.

Craig Leiberman owned the car when it was in the fast n furious, he's not a member here and i take it for the most part people don't like him around here. The car was sold after the movie as well as the supra that he also owned.

AS I remember, only 265hp, rated at the crank - stock SC Pulley, and way too much weight to make him even reasonably fast.
Auto, also.
I'm betting there's more than a few NA 5-spds with VI and some other bolt ons that would spank him.

It was kind of entertaining, but not exactly worthy of a Oscar.

Hi, Alex!
Thanks for the bolts - I got them Tuesday - and my tires survived the trip OK.
(Turned out I had ALL 4 rims bent slightly, BTW)

I got the 2 worst ones fixed last week, and the other 2 will survive for awhile. There were no visible impact points on any of them, you could only tell they were bent by putting them on a balancing machine -
Then it because very obvious.
Essentially, I was doing 90 down i-10 and there were no signs or anything, but they decided to suddenly make a 10" drop in the pavement which turned into barren dirt and rock. poof - all 4 rims bent. No "Work Zone Ahead" or "DIP" or "Bump" signs anywhere.

That's funny. I have a 68 Charger, with a 426 hemi, and it doesn't have that body. Oh well. I remember that guy trying to sell that Maxima a couple of years ago or something like that. He dissapeared after getting flamed all to hell and back for it. I personally never thought he really had the car to begin with, but I very well could have been wrong.

i own it. It's pretty slow. My daddy bought it for me and he paid $80k so he could feel like this famous car is more worth it. I like it when i sit in it in the driveway and go "vroom" but i'm only 12 so i can't drive it anywhere. i still own it though..
Yeah, I really do hope that gay blue POS is out of its misery. $75k? I'm pretty sure cars 3x faster and better show quality are prolly less than half of even $70k in value of mods and the car together.

I remember that car. I was surprised that it was auto but i looked at his performance specs when he was tryin to sell and it said 0-60 in 6.0sec. I also thought he had a NOS system? But whatever, that car was all electronics and audio nothing else.
