On my way back from SC, A white max with SC plates passed by on I95 - N just north of the NC / SC border. I was doing my standard 14 over. I followed - a couple of miles up the road another max (black) w/ Fla. plates entered from a ramp and I let him in between us. We cruised like that for about 1 1/2 hrs hitting triple digits many times. Another 2K2 (with an older lady driving) jumped in with us for a few miles but couldn't hang with the speed, I guess.
It made the trip go quicker. I tried to take some pics at one point.
The first pic is when we were cruising pretty good (I tried to get the speedometer in - but you can interpolate). The second pic is just a good look of the other 2 maxes.

Anyone on here recognize themselves? Oh, and when I got off on I40 to head toward Raleigh, I passed them and beeped. The white max was driven by a pretty blonde to my surprise (don't mean to sound sexist - just that you don't see may girls driving that fast).

I suppose so, but I figured to get more coverage here. Not everyone goes to the regionals.

This was actually about 4 hrs ago, so they may still be on the road.

Cruising along with a few other Maxs sounds like a cool way to travel. Unfortunately I've never had the pleasure. Not too many whenever I'm on the freeway.

 

I highly doubt they are members here. I run into many Maximas when I'm on the road. If they are stock looking, I don't pay any attention to them. If they are modded then I would take a second look.
