Figure the maxima has 33% more displacement so I'd expect to see full boost under 3k rpm, but I guess it depends on the flow characteristics of the setup. Maxima headers weren't meant for boost.
Though the video shows the car pulling very hard so i'm sure you have no complaints.

My wastegate is too small so the turbo is creeping just a LITTLE bit .....

With that turbine housing I'd say 3500rpm spool is slow for a 3.0 liter. I've seen 50trim /stg3 .63ar produce 11psi by 3400rpm on a 2.0 liter that was still being tuned.
