sorry if this is a repeat question, but I couldn't find anything in search...how do I find out the manufacturer build date of my 97 max? Dealer is trying to screw me out of alternator replacement per the recall. Thanks

 

Look on the door jamb of the driver side door towards the B pillar. it should be listed there on a sticker. if its messed up, just have them run the VIN number, that should give the date as well.
