4th Gen Carbon Fiber Hood Available Next Month!
Factory-style Real Carbon Fiber Hood for 1995-1999 Maximas will be available on Febuary 21st, 2003. I've gotten assurances from the factory in Taiwan that the quality is nothing less than high-grade. Nonetheless, I will use my car to test fit the first shipment and inspect every piece before it leaves the warehouse. Bottom line, IF IT FITS MY MAX, IT'LL FIT YOURS.
Price? $380 for the first 20 orders.
For those whose are skeptical, our Maximas aren't getting any younger. You can sit around and wait for rumors. I personally welcome any new additions in the aftermarket parts, not rumors that doesn't materialize after months and months of posts.
Groupdeal info can be found here

Not $300, it's $380 for the first 20 pre-paid orders. Regular price at $450. Nothing is too good to be true if the person you're dealing with isn't made of greed.

The hood should open just like the stock one, except that you cant use your stock hood struts .. too strong for hood's weight.
And i can definitely vouch for Ange as a seller.

Krismax- There'll be a latch like factory hood. Hood pins are highly recommended if you plan on driving with the cf hood in highway speeds.
dwapenyi- Thank you
EZEMaxima- I'll get back to you on shipping charge to Hawaii on the cf hood. Unfortunately, it won't be cheap. I have about 5 sets of Type-S bodykits left. It'll be gone by February.
athlon omega- Refer to OgreDave's reply.. he pretty much answered your questions.
mitch33x- I know you want one. You can just install it at my garage too!
Delos- You'll need to send me MO or Check this month if you want to get the hood for $380. Check your email for my reply.
