where is the Signal fuse??

where is the Signal fuse??
I posted that my blinker goes on really fast on my drivers side and only the rear comes on but they must have deleted it or something. can anyone tell me if it is related to a blown fuse and where it is located? i checked the one under the steering wheel and it seems fine. thanks
