0-60 times

I was reading up about the 00 maxima and i noticed that they put the 0-60 time at 7.0, and the street start 5-60mph at 7.5. How is this possible that you get a higher time?

cause the engine revs are down low, stand still start revs the engine to the optimum place for power and coupled with a good launch yields quicker times
