HELP...dashboard electronics & windows are dead

Does anyone know which wires I should check that
goes to the dashboard on a 96SE? My car would start without
a problem, but the dashboard would not light up.
The RPM, speedometer, hot cold meter, turn signals,
selt belt lights, warning lights, etc won't power up.
And the windows are dead too. However, I do get radio,
hazard lights, and other electronics. I turn on and
off the car repeatedly and everything works again.
But eventually it would go dead again like maybe in
a few weeks. If it does goes dead, everything would
come back alive if I drive it around...like something
needs to warm up. I don't know if
it's related to the weather or some wires got corroded
or loose wires. I've looked under the hood and couldn't
find anything wrong. Any ideas?

Check all the the fuses in your interior fuse panel. If they check out ok, then check your fuse block next to your battery.
