Clutch Question

What would cause a clutch to operate fine when the car is cold but then once it heats up the clutch sticks and stays engaged which causes the car to slip? Any ideas, or is it just a bad clutch?

Thanks,
Justin

Rear main seal leak? As oil starts flowing better it can get onto the clutch surface. Maybe?

I'd just as soon say your clutch is worn out. If there is nothing wrong with the clutch master or slave, then you are going to have to pull it apart anyway, which means replacement.

The funny thing about what my car is doing is that it works very well when cold but starts slipping when warm. Eventually as the car heats up, the clutch wont disengage. Could this be a fluid problem? We are going to try DOT 5 instead of DOT 4. Should this help?
