Chicken Mushroom Pasta.
1.5 cups of twirly pasta
1 box of cut/washed mushrooms (the white round kind)
3/4 pound chicken thigh, julianed
2 cans Campbell's creme of mushroom
2 capful (~1.5 tablespoon) rice wine
1 stalk green onion
1/2 jalapeno
boil a pot of water and add pasta until pasta is firm. NOT soft.
slightly sautee the chicken with the rice wine and a splsh of olive oil with the sliced/diced jalapeno. add a dash of ground pepper.
add cut mushrooms when chicken is halfcooked.
stir fry until chicken is cooked. mushrooms should be getting softer now..
drain pasta and add to chicken. add sliced green onion and the two cans of creme.
mix until pasta is soft.
the jalapeno will give the chicken a nice sent to it, and will add nominal spice. not really.
makes about 4 servings.
