Need some assistance from stock height GLE owners
Hello all..
i am installing my coilovers soon and i need a starting point do base the total drop of the coilovers on..
can some one go out and measure from the wheel well to the ground and tell me the distance?
The reason i am asking the gle OWNERS is becuase i have a set of the GLE sawblade 15 rims on the car now. (damn bad wather)
tank you ever so much..

15, 16 or 17 inch wheel doesn't effect ride height. Diameter is the same, wheel well to ground is the same.
I don't think your supposed to "set" coilovers that way in the first place. Your putting in a completely different suspension setup, why would you want to copy stock height settings?
I'm no coilover expert, I think you might wanna hit some of those members running them for info on how to properly set them prior to installing them. Were any installation instructions with them?

HEY now!!
you mean 4 or 5 not 2 or 3
im sorry for the mistake jeff
the diameter stays the same meaning ... the smaller the rim the bigger the profile tire you have to put on ... and the bigger the rim the smaller the profile of the tire you put on is
...... so the overall diameter of the rim and tire stay the same, thusly not messing up your speedometer... which is optimally what people want.
