You do realize that the distance from the ground to the wheel arch is dependent on the tire more than the wheel, right? A different size/aspect of tire will change the overall diameter of the wheel, thus increasing or decreasing the distance from the wheelarch to the ground. What you REALLY need is the distance from the center of the wheel to the top of the wheelarch. This is the only standard. Deviations in this measurement are only dependent on a sagging spring.
Other than that, you could find someone with brand new stock-sized tires on OEM suspension that has not sagged at all, but those chances are slim.
BTW, I DO realize that this thread was 2 weeks old, but noone else answered the question so I thought that I would help you out. I have a stock-height GLE, so I can make the center-of-wheel-to-wheelarch measurement for you if you would like. Let me know.

Fronm the center of the wheel (as close as I could get) to the wheel arch the measurements were:
Front- 16.5"
Rear- 15.125"
Hope that helps. I will be using this as a reference for when I install my H&Rs, so this was a good thing for me to do.
