quote "I love the ride" my GM friend says.....

Hi guys!

I gave an old friend a ride today, he has a 1997 TransAm, we were driving around in Tj and he couldn't believe how comfortable the ride was even though I have 17" wheels on the car he's like "my car feels like **** compared to yours, I hate the way my car bounces all over the place" and "I like that your car doesn't have any body roll, I love the ride" (I have a rear sway bar )

That made me feel really good, and I have to agree with my friend, his ride is harsh.

Take care!

Kinda hard to compare a muscle car american v8 to a foreign "lux" family sedan. But I know where he's coming from. I personally feel that my 98 Corvette is a crude ride. Its powerful and fun, but crude. The F body's are even worse. It makes no surprise to me he made the comments he did. But I'm sure he bought his car for different intentions then why you bought yours.

While I had my max and went to my dad's last year, even a few of my dad's mechanics test drove it while I was w/ them & wanted to take it to a nearby racetrack

If I could I'd get another 4th gen SE in a heartbeat if the price & condition are right
