Daytime running lights

Considering a 2004 SE (6 sp manual). Can it (or any Maxima)be wired to create daytime running lights? When it gets dark and I turn on the headlights, then the dashboard lights and whatever else gets activated with the headlights would come on. Thanks.

Most people, me included, are looking to disable them in cars that have them.
Have heard them described as "training wheels"

I hate DRL, I like the look of my clear bumper lights and my headlights when they are off durring the day, so clean looking.
