in their maxima? Yesterday, I had the pleasure of listening to a friends honduh with Image Dynamics Horns under the dash
and 8" midbass in the kick panels. I must say the music seemed to attack me as I sat in the passenger seat, it was an incredible sounding system. I am familiar w/most car audio gear and have dabbled in installation but I have never
attempted to put horns in any of my cars. I have a 98 GXE and the curvature under the dash seems like it will work fine. I just bought Polk separates for my front stage but I will yank them out in a heartbeat if I could fit horns in there. Anyone have any experience w/horns???

I've never used horns myself, but I have heard that they are EXTREMELY hard to tune. But once you do...well, you heard em.

Did I ever.....he played Anita Baker's "Baby Come to Me". I swear Anita was sittin on my lap singin to me in that Honda. Being a big fan of home audio, that car has really left an impression on me.

By the way if you enter the Audio and Electronics forum, watch out for the Rockford replacing Bose in Nissansthread. There s some nasty javascript in there or something, it continually crashes my Netscape Browser.

Shouldn't use Netscape -=P

I like horns too. They are friggin expensive though. I'm in the process of redoing my system. I was gonna go with the normal setup with components in the front and kickpanels for midbass. I'm still debating to use a sealed box or free-air setup though.
